Description.
The fixture assists with the asssembly of the terminal to the correct housing cavity position with the use of LED's.
Each Fixture, housing cavity and "Pick Box" is programmable.

When the connector housing is inserted into the fixture,
the automatic latch mechanism will retain the connector housing
until the sub assembly is complete.
The release (unlatch) can be achieved by the push button on the fixture or by the program or by the master release button.

The programmed LED / cavity position is activated and the terminal
can be inserted into the illuminated cavity.

After the terminal / wire assembly has been inserted, the wire / cable is pulled to confirm the correct assembly (click) into the connector housing. The pull back is confirmed by a switch that sequences the next connector housing cavity and pick box or fixture etc. This process continues until the current program / assembly process is completed.
