Quadmech Test Fixtures

Also known as - Circuit checker / Interface / Test Fixture / Mating face.

Overview,

The function of a test fixture is to act as an "Interface" between the product and the test system.

The primary requirement is to check the electrical integrity of the product (the circuit).

Other requirements are to check physical attributes of the housings and check for accessories

that may be fitted to the housings, Examples are - clips / seals / retainers / spacers.

These test functions are repeated many times by the fixture.

Quadmech fixtures are performance tested on a regular basis and we work closely with our customers to refine and improve our Fixtures.
